1. Purpose
This AI Transparency Notice is issued by Ovela Interactive SL ("Ovela", "we", "us"), operator of IIPE — International Intelligent Property Exchange ("IIPE", "the Platform"). It applies to all visitors, registered members, listing owners, professional partners, buyers and studio clients.

2. What Mirella does
Mirella is an AI concierge that greets, guides, answers property questions and drafts reports. Every substantive answer routes through IIPE Cortex first; when Cortex has no answer, Mirella asks upstream AI models (currently Google Gemini via Lovable AI Gateway) and cites what she found.
Voice mode uses ElevenLabs for speech-to-text and voice synthesis. Audio streams are processed in real time and not retained.
3. What Cortex does
Cortex is a curated knowledge base with semantic (vector) search. It stores public research on countries, cities, tax regimes, developer profiles, market data and IIPE listings. Every entry is reviewed by an authorised operator before being embedded.
4. Human oversight
Cortex ingestion, professional bookings, intelligence report delivery and marketing package production are reviewed by IIPE operators. Automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects (Art. 22 GDPR) are not made.
5. Limitations
AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Reports and Mirella responses are informational and never a substitute for licensed professional advice.
