1. Principles
This Data Retention Policy is issued by Ovela Interactive SL ("Ovela", "we", "us"), operator of IIPE — International Intelligent Property Exchange ("IIPE", "the Platform"). It applies to all visitors, registered members, listing owners, professional partners, buyers and studio clients.
Primary jurisdiction: European Union (primary) with global reach. Contact: david.macieira@ovelainteractive.com.

2. Retention periods
Account profile: for the life of your account + 12 months (dispute window), then anonymised.
Published listings: while active. On deletion request or account closure, removed within 30 days and purged from backups within 90 days.
Purchased intelligence reports: stored in your account for 24 months, then archived; you may download or delete at any time.
Transactional & billing records: 10 years (Spanish commercial and tax law).
Email delivery logs: 12 months.
Mirella chat transcripts: 90 days, then deleted unless you save them to your account.
Voice audio (STT/TTS): not retained.
Cortex retrieval logs: 90 days at session-identifier level, then aggregated.
Suppressed email addresses (bounces/complaints/unsubscribes): retained as required for sender-reputation protection.
