1. About this policy
This Cookie Policy is issued by Ovela Interactive SL ("Ovela", "we", "us"), operator of IIPE — International Intelligent Property Exchange ("IIPE", "the Platform"). It applies to all visitors, registered members, listing owners, professional partners, buyers and studio clients.

2. Categories
Strictly necessary: session, authentication, security, load balancing, cookie-preference storage. These cannot be disabled.
Preferences: language, currency, dashboard layout, Mirella dock state.
Analytics: aggregate usage measurement to understand which pages, listings and reports are useful. Loaded only after consent.
Marketing: advertising and remarketing pixels. Loaded only after explicit consent. Currently: none active.
3. Managing consent
On first visit you are shown a banner allowing Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage preferences. You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.
Rejecting non-essential cookies does not degrade platform functionality.
4. Third parties that may set cookies
Stripe (payment fraud prevention), Cloudflare (edge security), Cloudinary (media delivery), YouTube (only if you play an embedded video). Their own privacy policies apply.
