1. Your rights
This Data Subject Rights notice is issued by Ovela Interactive SL ("Ovela", "we", "us"), operator of IIPE — International Intelligent Property Exchange ("IIPE", "the Platform"). It applies to all visitors, registered members, listing owners, professional partners, buyers and studio clients.

2. How to request
In-app: Account Settings → Data & Privacy. From there you can export your data (JSON), withdraw consent, opt out of marketing, and request account deletion.
By email: david.macieira@ovelainteractive.com with the subject line "GDPR request — [access | erasure | portability | rectification | objection]".
3. Timescales
Acknowledged within 5 business days. Fulfilled within 30 days, extendable by 60 days for complex cases (you will be told in advance).
4. Right to complain
You can complain to your national data protection authority. In Spain: Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
